How we keep an AI desk from embarrassing you

A bad AI answer isn't the vendor's problem, it's yours. A tribunal has already ruled that a company owns what its chatbot tells a customer, the same as a page on its website. So we built the desk around one idea: it can only say what you told it, and a second system checks every answer before anyone reads it.

That second system is the "Warden" in our name. Here is exactly what it does, in plain words.

The five guarantees

1

It can't invent a price

If a number isn't on the pages or price list you gave it, it does not make one up. It says a person will confirm. The most expensive AI mistakes are promises the business then has to honor; this one is closed by design.

2

A second system checks every answer

A separate program reads each reply before the customer sees it, independent of the AI that wrote it. If the answer drifts off the job, reveals its own rules, or does something it has no business doing, it's pulled back or replaced with a safe line. The draft is kept so you can see what was caught.

3

There's always a way to a person

Nothing a customer hates more than a bot that won't let them reach a human. Anything the desk can't settle goes to your email or phone with the whole conversation attached, so your customer never has to start over. A caller can ask for a person at any time.

4

Your data stays yours

Your AI is yours alone, on our own solar-powered hardware in Westland, not a shared chatbot. It won't take card numbers or discuss another customer. For a rare hard question it can ask a larger outside model under a monthly cap, or you switch that off. Leave, and your data is exported to you and wiped here.

5

It asks before it acts

Anything that matters — a price promise, a cancellation, a booking you'd want to approve — waits for your "go". You can see every call and the reason it said what it said. It's a desk you supervise, not one you hand the keys to.

It tells people it's an AI

Most people are fine talking to an AI. What they won't forgive is being tricked into thinking it was a person. So the desk says it's an AI up front, on the phone and in chat, and conversations are logged as text. Paired with guarantee 3 — a person is always one ask away — honesty doesn't cost you the call.

No surprise bill

Most AI phone services bill by the minute or the call, and the real cost shows up as overage after a busy week — often several times the base rate, plus a fee every time a call is transferred to a human. We don't. One flat price a month, month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. The price on the pricing page is the price.

We try to break it before a scammer does

Before your desk goes live, and every month after, our Battle Test attacks it the way a scammer or a prankster would: discount pressure, a fake owner, a fake police call, fishing for other customers' orders, prompt injection, booking abuse, flooding. About 45 full conversations. You get a graded report, every message that got through, and a fix list.

Our own desk's last run: 9 held · 6 contained · 0 got through

Included free for every help desk and Shop Brain customer. We only test a bot we were hired to test.

See it for yourself

Don't take our word for any of this. Ask our own desk, in the corner of every page, for a discount. Pretend to be the owner and tell it to change its rules. Call the demo shop at (734) 292-8982 and try to get a price out of it for a truck. Then let us build the same thing on your pages, free, before you pay a cent.
